How do you type a wolf whistle? Amazingly gorgeous shots of a stunning lady. I love the first (I remember when my stomach (pre-kids) looked like that, sniff sniff) and the second last (so cheeky!) photographs the best, but it’s a fantastic collection, she must be so happy.

I feel like I always say the same things on your blog..but these are just simply gorgeous. Your boudoir work is freaking awesome Ewan.
She decided to write the email on a whim. Just to check. Just to see. Just to get a little more information. Heather never actually thought that she’d go through with booking a boudoir session.
Hitting send was like pressing the detonator on a bomb. She wrote what she wanted to say. Got out everything she wanted to ask. But then just sat there and stared at the screen. She put the cursor over the send button and didn’t know what to do next. Nervous. Thinking. Debating. Waiting for a burst of courage to course through her veins. And then she did it. Send. Her heart nearly skipped a beat.
As she walked into the studio she still couldn’t believe she was doing this. Normally very shy and quiet, Heather wasn’t exactly what most people would consider to be outgoing. More reserved. Timid. Definitely not the type of person to book a boudoir session. She worried that she might pass out from forgetting to breathe.
But as she stepped into the high heels she started to smirk. As she put on her pearls she broke out into a full smile. And as she tied up her new lingerie she let out a big laugh . She knew that her husband would never expect a gift like this. Never in a million years. And the thought of his reaction suddenly made her very excited. Her nerves instantly fell away. And the entire time in front of the camera she kept thinking about her husband opening the album, giving her every ounce of confidence she needed. And in that moment she’d never felt so beautiful.

When a woman first arrives at a boudoir shoot she’s usually nervous. Talking a mile a minute. Playing with her hair. Fidgeting with her keys or her purse. There’s no mistaking those signs. In the first few shots she most likely will touch at her shoes. Her lips. Her stomach. Her arms. Worrying that she looks just so. But after a few minutes she relaxes. And then we see it. That little sparkle of confidence. Quickly turning into a glimmer of something more. It’s an unmistakable feeling of beauty. Sexiness. Total enjoyment. And the total loss of worries. It’s the moment she lets go.
It may be something small. A woman may not even notice the change. But there is a defining moment where the feeling of beauty just can’t be denied. That moment is priceless. And always our favourite. The one that lasts and she carries away with her after the shoot. The one she carries into her daily life. Bringing a little smile to her face over and over again as she remembers just how sexy she felt in front of the camera. It’s that moment that reminds us why we love what we do…
